Nanofilm FCVA technology delivers the capability for customized material properties (e.g. density, hardness). It also allows vacuum coating deposition to be performed near room-temperature, at a higher energy efficiency. This enables vacuum coating to be performed on a wide range of substrate materials which is conventionally challenging, such as plastics, rubber and ceramics.

 

Our FCVA technology has created novel product and design implementations across a spectrum of industries such as 3C (Computer, Communication and Consumer electronics), automotive, precision engineering, printing and imaging.
